1. Enrollment Policy Eligibility: Enrollment is open to all healthcare professionals meeting the prerequisite qualifications for each course. Specific eligibility criteria are outlined in the course descriptions. Registration: Participants must complete the registration form and provide necessary documentation as required for each course. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment: All course fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the course. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways. 2. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation by Participant: Participants may cancel their enrollment up to 14 days before the course start date for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course start date are subject to a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after the course start date. Cancellation by IIHCS UK: If a course is canceled by IIHCS UK, participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their enrollment to another course. 3. Attendance Policy Attendance Requirement: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Attendance is mandatory for the successful completion of the course. Absences: In case of unavoidable absences, participants must inform the course instructor in advance. Make-up sessions may be arranged at the discretion of the instructor. 4. Certification Policy Criteria for Certification: Certificates will be awarded to participants who successfully complete all course requirements, including attendance, participation, assignments, and examinations. Issuance of Certificates: Certificates will be issued within 30 days of course completion and will be sent via email or can be downloaded from the IIHCS UK portal. 5. Code of Conduct Professional Behavior: Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times, respecting instructors, fellow participants, and IIHCS UK staff. Academic Integrity: Any form of academic dishonesty, including plagiarism and cheating, will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the course without a refund.
